A full-house crowd of nearly 400 attendees celebrated the TENTH ANNUAL ANNIVERSARY GALA on November 3, 2011 at the Four Seasons Hotel. The event honored James P. Grusecki with a Lifetime Industry Leadership Award. In addition to a new record level honorarium donations raised by the event, Jim and his wife Brenda donated an additional $100,000 to the Northern Builders, Inc. Scholarship for Future Leaders in Industrial Real Estate. Master of Ceremonies Ross B. Glickman of Urban Retail Properties reminded the audience of the crucial role education will play in the growth of the real estate industry and the recovery of the U.S. economy. The keynote speaker Neil G. Bluhm provided a historic and future prospective on real estate capital markets as well as sharing news on the many projects he is involved with.
