Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Development

Many who already possess a relevant Masters degree will not be interested in obtaining an MBA. For these individuals the Chicago School of Real Estate offers a postgraduate certificate program in Real Estate Development. To earn the certificate one must successfully complete REES 401, REES 411, REES 421, REES 431, and REES 481. Admission to the Certificate Program requires a Masters degree in a business field from a regionally accredited institution. Non-business Masters degrees may qualify dependent upon their relevance to Commercial Real Estate (for example Urban Planning or Architecture).
