Located in the New Marshall Bennett Institute office suite is the Urban Retail Properties Development and Research Center.  The research center embodies the latest in real estate industry books, periodicals and training resources. The Center, which was created with mostly recyclable building products houses study desks, a media center, computer workstations and an incredible view of Millennium Park and Lake Michigan.

Monday- Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm

Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Ross Glickman, his partner Len Tobiaski provided the design and funding resources for the Urban Retail Properties Professional Development and Research Center.  A dedication will take place on December 10, 2008.  The center provides a place for students to meet, study, and learn job skills.  Ross has served on our Executive Committee through the establishment of the School and of the Institute.  He has been a pioneer and leader in the retail sector for over 30 years and we are fortunate to have his leadership and enthusiasm available to us.
