Study Abroad Opportunities
Study abroad is a once in a lifetime chance for your student to study and live in a foreign country. It can deepen his/her knowledge and understanding of international, political, and economic issues and enhance employment prospects. While pursuing a degree at Roosevelt, your student can earn Roosevelt credit for her/his study abroad program and the experience will be noted on her/his RU transcript. Study abroad can be highly affordable, and there are many scholarship opportunities available. Students eligible for financial aid can apply some or all of their aid awards towards study abroad programs. June 1, 2007 is the deadline to apply for the fall 2007 semester study abroad program. Please encourage your student to apply to study abroad for this coming fall. For more information, contact Rubee Li Fuller, Director of International Programs, at 312-341-2128 or rfuller@roosevelt.edu.
