Welcome to the Roosevelt University parent website! Support, encouragement and referral of students to university resources by parents can significantly influence success throughout college.

May 2008 Graduation Information

If your student is graduating on May 16, congratulations! Ceremony times and academic colleges are:

12 p.m.

- College of Arts and Sciences

- Evelyn T. Stone College of Professional Studies

3:30 p.m.

- Walter E. Heller College of Business Administration
- College of Education
- Chicago College of Performing Arts

Both ceremonies take place in the Auditorium Theater of Roosevelt University at the Chicago Campus. For more information about graduation, click here.

Spring Semester Grades

Students can view spring semester grades on RU Access starting May 22. Grade reports are not mailed to students, but students can print a grade report from RU Access.

2008-09 Housing Contracts Available

Housing contracts for 2008-09 are available online. Students can log onto RU Access to apply for housing in UC or ROW. A $500 pre-payment is required within two business days of housing contract being received. Visit the Residence Life website for more information.

Academic Help for Your Student
If you find that your son or daughter is struggling with a class or would like to do better on papers, projects and assignments, please refer your student to these resources:

- The instructor or professor during office hours

- The Academic Success Center for tutoring and writing assistance

- The Writing Center for writing assistance

- The Library for research assistance

Seeking assistance now is very important to student success.
