Spring 2010 Registration Begins November 1 RU Creative Writing Student Wins Prize for Script Adam Morgan, a second-year student in Roosevelt's Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Creative Writing Program, has won $25,000 and the opportunity to have his award-winning comedy script, Liberal Arts, produced as a national network TV pilot by Fox Broadcasting Co. More information >> CCPA Fall Performance Schedule Roosevelt's Chicago College of Performing Arts (CCPA) willl host dozens of music and theatre performances during the fall semester. Roosevelt Snapshots MAP Grant Town Hall Meeting
Roosevelt students attended the Governor’s Town Hall Meeting on Sept. 29 with other college students from across the state to join with Governor Pat Quinn and voice their support for restoring full funding for the Monetary Assistance Program (MAP) in Illinois. College of Pharmacy Recognition Three northwest suburban legislators were honored for their support of Roosevelt’s College of Pharmacy at a Sept. 16 reception at the Schaumburg Campus. From left to right are State Representative Fred Crespo, State Senator Dan Kotowski and State Representative Mark Walker (not pictured, State Representative Paul Froehlich) who provided funding totaling $500,000 for Roosevelt’s College of Pharmacy. Joining the legislators are George E. MacKinnon III, founding dean of the College of Pharmacy and Chuck Middleton, president of Roosevelt.
