Graduate School Information
Office of Career Services

You should be giving serious consideration to graduate school if:

  • Your chosen career goal requires a graduate degree for an entry-level position. If you're not sure, please check with a Career Counselor in the Office of Career Services.
  • It will make you a more marketable candidate for employment.
  • A graduate degree would create opportunities for growth and advancement in your current career.
  • You are interested in updating skills sets and looking for new challenges.

You need to plan early for graduate school. Most graduate schools require applications with essays as well as entrance exams. You may want to talk to a Career Counselor to discuss all of your options.
