Application/Contract Process Application/Contract Process Students are required to submit a $500 pre-payment with their application/contract. This will be applied toward their spring charges and is refundable only if the application/contract is cancelled in writing by May 1 for the following academic year. Students may download an application/contract from this page or contact the Office of Residence Life to have one sent by mail. The application/contract and pre-payment will be processed at Roosevelt and then sent to the University Center where room and roommate(s) will be assigned by UC staff. Students will receive welcoming packet that may include an introduction to the UC, information on their room and roommate assignment, amenities of the building, orientation, move-in procedures, and contact information. Center. More information regarding the application/ contract procedures will be
