Welcome to the Roosevelt community!  All incoming international students arriving from outside the U.S. and transferring in from U.S. institutions are required to attend orientation.

Join us for an orientation presentation including information on the following topics:

 

• immigration regulations
• academic advising
• course registration
• bill payment
• university resources
• personal safety
• cultural adjustment and life in Chicago

 

Please bring the following items to orientation:

 

• Passport (with visa page and I-94 card)
• SEVIS I-20 or DS-2019 Form
• Emergency contact information (Name/Address/Phone)
• Chicago contact information

 

1.  Transfer orientation is for students already within the U.S. who have previously attended a U.S. institution.

2.  New orientation is for students who are attending a U.S. institution for the first time.
