Letter of Introduction

The Roosevelt Perspective Program, a career development program for Roosevelt University administrators, has been established beginning with the 2004 – 2005 academic year.  It will consist of approximately 10 – 12 two-to-three hour sessions held on a regular basis throughout the year.  Eligibility is open to all members of the Administrative Assembly.  The program’s goal is to provide mid-level administrators with a broader knowledge of the University.  Established at the request of President Middleton, a committee of Administrative Assembly members designs and coordinates the program.

This program intends not only to broaden the perspective of participants but also to build a talent pool of well-rounded administrators who can contribute to the University’s ongoing success.  Applicants must be self-motivated and obtain the approval of their immediate supervisor prior to submitting an application.  It is expected that selected individuals will participate in all sessions without a reduction in their regular position responsibilities.  You must be a current administrator who has been employed at the University for at least two years as of July 1, 2008.  Applications from a wide range of Administrative Assembly members are highly desired.
