We are very pleased to announce the availability of online training for most Microsoft Office programs as well as Windows 2000 and XP. You may access this training by Custom Guide from any computer (www.customguide.com), 24 hours a day. Please contact Susan Rohde at ext. 2198 or via e-mail for details and your password.

The lessons are brief, highly interactive and accommodate a variety of learning styles. You may read the lessons or take advantage of the audio component. Each chapter offers an assessment piece allowing you to test your skills both before and after the lesson.

We have purchased a limited number of concurrent user licenses from Custom Guide as we pilot the program. If you receive a message asking you to attempt log-in at a later time, please send an e-mail to Susan Rohde with the date and time. We are tracking the usage compared to the number of licenses. We are also interested in your comments about the training, its effectiveness and the ease of use.

We have also purchased Custom Guide’s quick reference library. From the homepage, www.customguide.com, go to client log in. Use the same username and password. From the dropdown menu, click on Courseware. You may now download the reference sheets using the following passwords:
