Part-time Hourly Benefits Information Insurance - Part-time hourly employees are not eligible for participation in insurance benefits including health, dental, life, disability or domestic partner benefits. Retirement - Part-time hourly employees are not eligible to participate in Roosevelt University’s retirement programs. Time Off / Leaves of Absence - Part-time hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off benefits including vacation and paid holidays. Part-time hourly employees are generally not eligible for leaves of absence. It is possible, although unlikely that hourly staff may qualify for protection under the Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Learn more at this page or call the Office of Human Resources at ext. 4331.
