Accommodation of Persons With Disabilities
Policies and Procedures - Human Resources

When an applicant or employee with a documented disability is able to perform the essential job functions of a position, the University will provide reasonable accommodations to the needs of that individual, unless such accommodations would provide undue hardship to the University.

Reasonable accommodations may include but are not limited to, part time or modified work schedule, purchase or modifications of special equipment or devices or modification of work materials or policies.  Reasonable accommodation will be determined on a case-by-case basis.  Applicants and employees with medically recognized and documented disabilities and who are in need of accommodation should notify the University of their needs.  Applicants and employees should contact the Office of Human Resources and provide documentation of their disability.
