Health Insurance Conversion Options
Human Resources

As an alternative to continuing health coverage under COBRA, you have the option to convert your group coverage to an individual policy with the insurance company or HMO at your own expense. This option is available for all the Roosevelt University group health plans.

Conversion options are available to all terminating employees currently covered under the plan. You have 30 days from your last date of employment to exercise this option.

Details are provided to all terminating employees during their exit interview. Information prior to termination is available in the Office of Human Resources Office, Room 862.
