Picture identification (ID) cards are issued to all full and part time faculty members, full and part time administrators (20 hours or more per week) and clerical union employees. This card may be required for security reasons and for certain privileges such as library usage and reduced rates and discounts (including some purchases at the campus bookstores). There may be a $5.00 fee charged to replace lost or stolen RU I.D. cards.

The I.D. card must be returned to Human Resources upon termination of employment or upon request in instances of employment suspension or extended leave of absence.
