Below is information on commonly asked questions about:

When you are viewing the Fidelity web site, you may see one or more accounts depending on how long you have been contributing to your retirement plan.

How do I set up a PIN for the first time, or clear and re-establish a PIN?

  • Go to www.fidelity.com/atwork.
  • Select "Access My Account".
  • Choose either the "New User Registration", "Change Your PIN", or "Forgot Your PIN" link.
  • Enter your Social Security Number or Customer ID.
  • Follow the instructions regarding the entry of the above information.
  • Enter a six to twelve character PIN.
  • Confirm your entry as instructed.

I forgot my Fidelity User ID and Password.   How do I get this information?

Call a Fidelity Service Specialist at (800) 343-0860 to assist in the PIN reset.

How can I find out what my investment allocations are, or change the allocations for my account(s)?

You can log onto www.fidelity.com/atwork and click on "Access My Account".

  • Once on the secure site, click on the "Savings and Retirement" tab on the top of the screen.
  • From there click on the drop down box in the middle of the screen and choose "Change Investments".
  • Click on "Contributions".
  • From this screen you can view your current allocations.

Fidelity Retirement Service Specialists are available at (800) 343-0860 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to midnight ET to help answer any questions or assist with changes.
 

How do I change the beneficiary designation for my account(s)?

Call a Fidelity Service Specialist at (800) 343-0860 for your current beneficiary designations or to update your information.
