Performance Appraisals

Susan Rohde accepted the challenge of creating a performance appraisal process in 2002. She worked with a committee of administrators from throughout the University to create appraisal documents that accurately and effectively measure employee’s performance. She then introduced the process to Roosevelt University’s Executive Council.

Susan Rohde was hired as the Manager of Staff Training & Development in October 1998. In 2007 she was promoted to Director of Human Resources. She has earned a Masters of Training & Development (MATD) and a Masters of Science in Human Resources (MSHR)from Roosevelt.
