Health

The University and the Union shall appoint a joint task force consisting of equal numbers of University and Union representatives not to exceed a total of four members for the purpose of researching health insurance plans for the adjunct faculty members. Upon completion of its research, the task force shall make its recommendations, if any, together with any minority report to the Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations, and Chief Financial Officer.
