Application for Graduation Students must apply for graduation by the deadlines appropriate for the anticipated graduation, approximately one semester prior to the date of graduation. Please check the dates in the table above. Students who do not apply within a published deadline must call the Graduation Office. Students participating in the Commencement Ceremony are responsible for the cap and gown fees and are expected to attend a Salute to Graduates Reception at their home Campus to obtain all necessary materials and pick-up their cap and gown. Most Students are required to file an application for graduation online. See exceptions below:
Who Cannot Apply Online?
Students applying for multiple degrees for the same graduation date - please download an application (#9)from the Internet and submit it to the Registrar's Office at either campus by mail, fax, or in person.
Students applying for certificates - please download an application (#8)from the Internet and submit it to the Registrar's Office at either campus by mail, fax, or in person.
Students in the PsyD program applying for Masters Degrees in Psychology.
