International students are not eligible for federal or state awards. 

College of Performing Arts students should contact that college for information on talent based scholarships.  Other full-time International undergraduate students may be eligible for merit-based awards at the time of admission effective Fall 2008.

All International students who are interested in attending RU should contact the Office of International Programs.
