Hospitality Educator Certificate
Hospitality and Tourism Management | College of Professional Studies

Roosevelt University's Manfred Steinfeld School of Hospitality and Tourism Management has been assisting secondary schools and community college instructors in the development of hospitality education programs. The Hospitality Educator Certificate is designed for teachers who seek formal course work in hospitality and tourism, organizing and administering cooperative education, and who wish to have a workplace experience in the industry. The three graduate-level courses that comprise the Hospitality Educator Certificate provide instructors with information and experiences intended to allow participants to enhance their instructional programs. No course substitutions are granted in the certificate sequence.
