Gerald Bober, professor of hospitality and tourism management and director of the Manfred Steinfeld Hospitality and Tourism Management program, presented "Private Club Best Practices," "Improving Private Club Member Participation" and "Club Revenue Generation Activities" to the Greater Club Managers Association of Chicago.
