This page contains links to step-by-step instructions and guides for using TaskStream, the online set of tools that is required by Early Childhood, Elementary, Secondary, Music, and Special Education. You will be using these tools to complete an electronic Directed Response Folio (DRF) with required artifacts from different courses and as an aid in creating Unit Plans, Lesson Plans, and Rubrics.

Have you used TaskStream before?

If you are new to TaskStream, you will need to purchase a subscription. Click here for instructions on how to do this.

 

Getting enrolled in the correct program

Once you have purchased a subscription, you will need to use a self-enrollment code to enroll in the correct program area. Click here for instructions on how to do this.

Technical Questions

If you have any technical questions that come up as you are using TaskStream, don’t hesitate to call their helpline at 1-800-311-5656. An actual live person will answer the phone and you will be given live assistance for as long as you need it. Their support hours are listed below (note that they are on Eastern Standard Time, so all the times listed are actually one-hour earlier here)
