Support If the installation was problem-free but you still cannot get online, first ensure you have the correct encryption key (this key can be obtained at the Student Activities Office). You can also ask a computer lab aide (in AUD 256 and SCH656 only) on duty for assistance. MAC users: When entering the encryption key, enter a dollar sign $ and then the key, i.e., $1234567890 There has also been an issue with gaining access on a computer while running Zone Alarm, a personal firewall program. You may have to disable Zone Alarm before you connect to a wireless access point for the very first time. Once you have connected, start up Zone Alarm--it should recognize the new network and you should click "Allow" to allow your computer access to the network. There is no telephone support for Wireless@Roosevelt. If
