DoIT Network Converter Installation Instructions
Microsoft Vista and Office 2007 | DoIT

DoIT is currently in the process of installing an Office 2007 file format converter on all Windows XP machines. To help expedite this process, the program installation package is being sent automatically over the University network to each machine that is currently using Windows XP and Office 2003. If your machine has received this installation package, you will see a text balloon in the lower right hand corner stating that a "New Program is Available", or a program icon with a red asterisks will appear in the lower right hand corner of the Windows tool tray. To complete the installation process, please follow the instructions below. Once the converter is installed, Office 2003 will be able to convert and open Office 2007 documents.
