How do I change my Network/Email password while I’m
on-campus (Microsoft Windows users, only)?
1. Hit the Ctrl-Alt-Delete keys and bring up the Windows Security dialog box.
2. Click the ‘Change Password’ button and bring up the Change Password
dialog box.
3. The Log On To field indicates which domain you are logged into and which password
you are about to change. Ensure that you have selected Roosevelt.
4. Type your current password in the Old Password field.
5. Type your new password in both the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
6. Click the OK button.
How do I change my Network/Email password while I’m off-campus or if I’m
using a Macintosh Computer?
1. Logon to your email as you would normally do from the web using the URL https://franklin.roosevelt.edu.
2. Click the Options button on the left pane (towards the bottom).
3. Scroll down on the right pane & click the Change Password button.
4. A new window will open. Type Roosevelt in the Domain field; your username
ex: jdoe in the Account field, your current password in the Old password field;
and type your new password in both new password & confirm new password field.
5. Click OK button. (A message will confirm stating that your password is successfully
changed – wait till you get this message before closing the window)
How do I change my Banner password?
1. When you are connected to Banner, go to form GUAPSWD.
2. Enter your current user name and password and then establish your new password.
I cannot remember my Network/Email or Banner password. What should I do?
If you need to reset your password because you have forgotten it, please contact
the helpdesk at x6460 or at helpdesk@roosevelt.edu. Please provide your username
(which is the same as your email id). Your password will be reset and you will
be notified.
How do I change my RU Access PIN
Login to RU Access and select ‘Personal Information’ on
the main menu. Select the option to change your pin and follow the instructions
on the webpage.
