Adding Domains to the Blocked Senders List
Outlook | Computer Training | DoIT

Frequently, spam come from a lot of different e-mail accounts within the same domain. For example, you may get a junk e-mail from bill@ju78.com and then one from jan@ju78.com and so on. You can block all messages coming from the same domain, in this example ju78.com. To do so:

1. Right-click on a message, go to Junk E-mail, and click on Junk E-mail Options.

2. Click on Blocked Senders

3. This list contains all of the blocked senders you have added. To add ju78.com to the list, click Add.

4. Enter the domain you wish to block and then click OK.

5. The domain is now added to the list. All messages received from any account ending with ju78.com will be automatically moved to the Junk E-mail folder.
