Logging Into the Help Desk Support Site

The Roosevelt University Help Desk support site is a web site that offers a variety of services, including access to the RU Knowledge Base (FAQs), tools for submitting your own help requests using a web form or an online chat utility, and a record of all of your current and previous service requests. To use many of these services you will need to log in.

How to log in

All RU students, faculty and staff should already have an account on this system. Log in using your Roosevelt email address (for students, that would be your myMail address). Your initial password is your last name with the first letter capitalized. After logging in for the first time, be sure to click the My Support tab, and then click My Profile, and change your password so something more secure.

What to do if your login doesn't work

If you cannot log in using the information above, it may be because you are not on the system yet (this may happen for example if you are a new employee). If you call the help desk phone number at 312-341-4357, an agent will set up a new account for you.
