Technical Support and Training Training on the use of standard software, with an emphasis on Microsoft Office applications, is provided by the Human Resources office. This support includes quick tips, manuals, and access to online instructional videos. For details see http://www.roosevelt.edu/doit/training/. Training on the Banner System is provided by SunGard SCT. Documentation and information on training options for the Banner systems are available at http://banner.roosevelt.edu/train.asp. The RUOnline staff offers training to faculty on the use of the Blackboard course management system. For more information see http://www.roosevelt.edu/ruonline. General-purpose help is also available from the Technology Help Desk at http://www.roosevelt.edu/helpdesk. A searchable knowledge base covering a variety of technical topics is available on that site, and users can also submit a written request for help and support.
