Faculty Web Sites Each full-time member of the faculty is provided with his or her own web site on faculty.roosevelt.edu, a public web site accessible from everywhere on the web. Information on how to set up and use these sites is typically provided for new faculty at orientation. Faculty web sites are not automatically created for adjunct faculty but are available by request. Faculty web sites may be used to support teaching, research, and service activities of the faculty, but may not be used for commercial or personal purposes. Faculty members are responsible for maintaining their own web sites. For beginners, an online form requiring no knowledge of HTML is available that simplifies the process of creating and maintaining the web site. Faculty who know their faculty web login information can access this editing utility at http://faculty.roosevelt.edu/MyWebSite. The manager of the Faculty Web is John Currano, Professor of Mathematics. John administers all sites on the Faculty Web, manages software installed on the site, provides support and counsel, and directs Faculty Web training. Questions, problem reports, and setup requests for faculty web sites can be directed to him at facultyweb@roosevelt.edu. [Rev. 18 September 2007]
