SunGard SCT is the company that manages the university’s ERP system (Banner). SunGard SCT reports to the Associate Vice President for Technology, Neeraj Kumar. The on-site SunGard SCT Account Executive is Cherise Greski-Lesniewicz and can be reached at clesniewicz@roosevelt.edu or 312-341-2200.

ITAC is the Information Technology Advisory Committee. It is a University-wide committee charged with recommending technology policies and initiatives, and with creating and overseeing subcommittees. The CIO appoints members and the chair of the ITAC.

The ITAC has three subcommittees with functionally specific responsibilities: KUG is the Enterprise Systems Key Users Group; it prioritizes, recommends, and oversees projects involving Banner and other enterprise systems. TLRT is the Teaching, Learning, and Research Group prioritizes, recommends, and oversees projects involving technologies in learning spaces, online technologies, technical support for research, and any other technologies that support academics. The Web Editors Group advises on the university Web presence.

ETRC is the Educational Technology Resource Center. It manages classroom technology, the University computer labs and classrooms, Videoconferencing, student e-mail, and non-instructional AV services. IMS, or Instructional Media Services, is a division of ETRC that provides special technology and services to faculty. The Director of ETRC is Al Nagy.
