LEAD Program
Center for Student Involvement
What is LEAD?
The LEAD Program (Leaders Evolving and Developing) is the leadership development
workshop series coordinated by the Center for Student Involvement (CSI) at the Chicago Campus. The program is
designed for students of all ages and experiences to enhance personal,
professional and interpersonal skills. A variety of workshops, presentations and
programs are offered throughout the year FREE for students.
How can I get involved?
Once you have registered, you may attend any of the many workshops that suit
your interests and professional goals. You may also choose to participate in a
certificate track to bring you closer to your leadership development goals.
Workshops are offered on campus at convenient times to fit your schedule.
What are the requirements?
In order to receive a certificate of completion in a specific leadership track, students must attend five workshops during the semester that the topic is offered. Students may register for one, or both semesters and can receive up to two leadership certificates per academic year. For each semester completed, students will be honored at the Student Leadership Awards with a LEAD Certificate.
