10/09 - The UIC Department of Psychiatry, Neuropsychology Program, has an opening for a Spanish speaking neuropsychology technician with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. The bilingual technician's primary duties will be to administer psychological measures of cognitive functioning to adults and children. Contractual technicians are part-time as needed and are paid hourly at a rate of $17.50/hour. 10/09 - Seeking case manager in a 300+ psych facility near midway airport. Need someone to have a caseload of about 40 people: Will complete intakes, run skill based groups and meet with residents when they need assistance with daily issues. The position is 5 days a week, 40 hours a week. Each case worker takes one weekend a month but is able to take week days off to compensate. 8/09 - Part-Time Therapist/Counselor Position.  Looking for a Group Co-leader for ongoing outdoor experiential therapy social skills groups for boys program out of Winfield IL. Group program has been running for over 5 years, includes 3 groups, and moves to a gym facility in West Chicago in the winter. Program runs on Saturday mornings 9:30 – 1:30/2:00. Compensation $35 – 40/hr depending on degree. Co-leader will work with Licensed Psychologist co-facilitating 3 groups of various age ranges. MA and PsyD track students welcome. No MA degree required, and have used this position for Advanced Practicum in the past. If have MA, position can grow to include working with DCFS and adopted children/adults. Position could grow into ½ time post-doc position. We take holiday weekends off and I have a substitute fill-in for Saturdays needed off. 7/09 - Executive Recruiter with an innovative Clinical Research client in search of hiring two positions within their growing organization.  These positions can be based in Southern, NJ or Los Angeles, CA:

1. Director/Senior Director, Cognitive Impairment - An innovative clinical research company is in search of a Neuropsychologist with extensive experience in Dementia/Alzheimer's clinical research trials including issues in administration of cognitive scales, clinical and mental status interviews, and diagnostic/symptom rating scales. Successful candidates will have an extensive publication record in area of interest and experience interacting with leaders in academia and industry. Reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer.  Relocation assistance is available.

2. Psychiatric Clinician - This position will evaluate a wide range of psychiatric patients using various diagnostic and symptom rating scales. Successful candidate will be a part of an expert rating team, conducting assessments as part of a clinical study protocol.

3/09 - Centro Castillo for Personal and Family Wellbeing is looking for a Spanish-Speaking licensed clinician for expanding group practice (Psy.D, Ph.D, or LCSW).  The practice is located on the North Side of Chicago, Ashland/Belmont area.  The practice works mainly with individuals and couples, with an increasing number of families being served.  This is a part-time contractual position. Expected to maintain a case load between 10-15 per week.  Opportunity for growth and increase in caseload as desired.
