Research Interests: I/O Psychology, specifically, my research interests are in psychological climate in organizations, organizational commitment, person-organization fit, and statistical and data analysis. |
| Current Research: CRG project-This project seeks to develop a broad array of global climate dimensions in a questionnaire that will have some stable psychometric qualities and then be made available to researchers. This project has been underway for several years. We are currently collecting pilot data. Other projects are possible, but most require knowledge of multivariate statistics. |
