Undergraduate Degrees

  • B.A. and B.S. Degrees in Mathematics
Mathematics is a respected degree that prepares students for a variety of jobs and careers, to be a mathematics teacher, or to go to graduate school. In addition to the math major we have concentrations in statistics and secondary education.

Our actuarial science degree programs prepare students for the professional exams of the Society of Actuaries and the Casualty Actuarial Society. Roosevelt students pass professional exams with a success rate that exceeds the national average. Students can earn the Societies' VEE credit in the three areas of applied statistics, economics, and corporate finance as part of their degree program.

Graduate Degree

Our Master of Science degree program prepares students for careers as actuaries, community college faculty, and more. We offer both applied and theoretical courses. In addition to the mathematics major, we offer concentrations in actuarial science and in computer science. For more information, click on the links below.
