A respected degree that prepares students for a variety of jobs and careers, to be a mathematics teacher, or to go to graduate school. In addition to the math major we have concentrations in statistics and secondary education.

- Actuarial
Science
Our actuarial science degree programs prepares students for the professional exams of the Society of Actuaries and the Casualty Actuary Society. In the last year, twelve Roosevelt students passed eighteen professional exams with a success rate that exceeded the national average.
Students can earn the Societies' VEE credit in the three
areas of applied statistics, economics, and corporate finance as part of their degree program.

Our Master of Science degree program prepares students for careers as actuaries, community college faculty, and more. We offer both applied and theoretical courses.
