Latest book: American Economic Development Since 1945, London: Palgrave (2002)

In 1979 Professor Rosenberg attended a conference with Roosevelt's famed Abba Lerner. A selection of the papers presented (Middlebury College, "First Annual Conference on Economic Issues") was published as An Income Policy for the United States: New Approaches (Clauden & Cornwall, eds., 1981). The contributions of Lerner ("There Is a Cure for Inflation") and Rosenberg ("Income Policy: The 'TIP' of the Iceberg") were included.
