Aramark manages the Herman Crown Dining Center and RU Caffeinated Kiosk in the Michigan Avenue Lobby of the Auditorium Building through an agreement with the University Center of Chicago (UCC). Bill Riech is the Food Service Director for Roosevelt's Chicago Campus and the UCC. Aramark is the exclusive source for catering at the Chicago Campus.

Food2You Catering manages the Schaumburg Campus Dining Center and the coffee kiosk in the rotunda of the Schaumburg Campus building. Gregory Ingles and David Jones are the principals of Food2You and keep their offices at the Schaumburg Campus. Food2You is the exclusive source for catering at the Schaumburg Campus.
