In addition to the general degree requirements of the BSBA, MGMT 358 Behavioral Science and Organization Theory and the following courses must be completed with grades of C or higher for a major in human resource management:

• HRM 311 Personnel Administration
• HRM 313 Wage and Salary Administration
• HRM 321 Employment Techniques
• MGMT 398 Organization Development
• Two electives in Human Resource Management
