Graduate Degree Programs The Mission of the Walter E. Heller College of Business Administration (WEHCBA) is to provide a diverse population of students the best opportunity to develop critical skills necessary for success. This education emphasizes professional integrity, sustainable business practices, and global engagement. At the graduate level, the emphasis is on the integration of basic competencies with specialized education to create genuine expertise in one of the functional areas of business. The recurring themes of integrity and socially responsible business practices are interwoven into the curricula, thus reflecting the progressive principles exemplified in the lives of the university's namesakes, Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt. The WEHCBA also provides our students with an environment focused on academic excellence, leadership and hands-on experience through internships with leading Chicago-area companies and instruction from our experienced faculty members. Considering that many of our students have full time jobs, all of our graduate degrees can be achieved by taking only evening classes on either the Chicago or Schaumburg campus. Furthermore, you can get your MBA on Saturdays only.
