Executive MBA Program | Walter E. Heller College of Business Administration

The Executive MBA Program in International Leadership is a one-year MBA program designed to educate international executives about the theory and practice of American business. This program has typically served groups (cohorts) of mid-level and higher-level executives from China. The program incorporates an intensive academic curriculum which complements hand-on experiences with American corporation and corporate leaders.

All Students in this program are middle- and upper-level management executives from countries outside of the United States. Candidate selection from respective countries is based on a student’s work experience, management skills, education, and English proficiency.

The program includes all required MBA courses and a practical experience. Guest lectures, field trips, and participation in social and business-oriented events augment the MBA curriculum. Faculty for the program includes the University’s full-time professors and part-time instructors who are active in Chicago’s business community.
