Academic Advising and Assessment
Alicia Butler
Alicia earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Western Illinois University in Sociology and her Masters in Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago. She has been employed at a variety of institutions of higher education and volunteered with many organizations. In her spare time Alicia loves to read fiction novels, attend live shows, and spend time with her friends. |

| Tiffany Cruz
Tiffany joined the Academic Advising Staff in 2007. She received her B.B.A. in Business Management from The University of Iowa, where she was a Student Ambassador and Orientation Advisor. She has also traveled to high schools across the country in her previous work as a motivational speaker. Tiffany is currently pursuing her Master’s in School Counseling at Roosevelt. In her spare time, Tiffany likes to sing, play guitar, travel, and spend time with friends and family. |

| Michael Funtera
Michael received his BA degree in Political Science and Economics from Rutgers University, Rutgers College in 2003. He has had the opportunity to stay in the environment of Higher learning by working in the fields of Admissions, Enrollment Services, and Student Information and Support at various Universities. He looks forward to completing his Masters Degree at Roosevelt. Michael’s passions include travel, Winter sports, politics, an addiction to Diet Coke and a genuine love and obsession for the Olympic Games. |

Kimberly Auzenne-Hall
Kim joined the Academic Advising staff in 2005. Kim is originally from Louisiana, where she received her BS in Rehabilitation Services and Counseling from Southern University in Baton Rouge. She is currently working toward her MA in School Counseling from Roosevelt University. In her spare time, Kim loves to shop and watch reality TV.

Ruby Jackson
Ruby received her Bachelors Degree from Robert Morris College in 2003 and has worked in higher education in the field of office support for six years. Ruby received the Roosevelt University Outstanding Service Award for 2007-2008. She looks forward to furthering her education at RU in the future. When she's not spending time with her daughter, she loves reading, watching documentaries and reality tv shows.

Rachel Rakoczy
Rachel joined the Advising staff in 2004. She received her BA in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri. Rachel worked in social services for 5 years with various
populations including adolescents and adults. She is completing her Master’s in Community Counseling at Roosevelt. Rachel enjoys music, movies, and meeting
celebrities like Jimmy Fallon. |

| Danette Schulz
Danette joined the Academic Advising Staff in 2007. She has a B.S. in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and is currently working toward her MA in School Counseling at Roosevelt University. Danette enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, gardening and baking incredibly delicious chocolate chip cookies!

Roberta Singer
Roberta joined the Roosevelt Academic Advising Staff in 2000 and added Assessment Center duties in 2001. She has a B.Mus. degree from North Park University
and an MA from Northeastern Illinois University, where she later served on the music faculty. As a professional singer, Roberta had the privilege of
performing with many great musicians. When she is not at work in the Advising Center, Roberta enjoys the symphony, opera, antiquing and art. |

| Julie Stock
Julie received her BA in English Literature from Clarke College and her MA in Counseling and Human Services from Roosevelt University. As Director, she works at both the Chicago and Schaumburg campuses.
Julie received the Roosevelt University Reward Now Employee of the Year for 2002-2003. In her leisure time, she loves to travel, read, sew, go to the theatre and spend time with her 3 adult children and 3 beautiful granddaughters (not necessarily in that order!)

| Kristy Valentin
Kristy received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. She is from the Northern Suburbs and often visits her family who still reside close to Wisconsin. On the weekends, she loves to do all sorts of things from exercising to crafts to trying different types of food. Kristy's taste in music, movies, and the arts spans many genres. She will be starting a Master’s degree soon and is ready to go back to school! |

Kathy Volini
Kathy joined the Academic Advising and Assessment Center staff in 2008. She completed the architectural interior design program at the California Institute of Applied Design in Newport Beach, CA and looks forward to furthering her education at Roosevelt University in the near future. Kathy and her husband reside in the NW suburbs and enjoy sports, vacations and other activities with their three sons and daughter-in-law. Her love for design and remodeling keep things fresh and new in their home of 24 years. |

| Jennifer Wonderly
Jennifer joined the Academic Advising Staff in 2001. Originally from Ohio, she received her BA in Sociology with a minor in French from Bowling Green State University. She obtained her M.Ed. in College Student Personnel from Ohio University. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys reading detective novels, watching Seinfeld reruns, and attempting to tame her obstinate cat. |
