Application for Academic Reinstatement
|
Returning Students Application for Readmission Undergraduate students in good academic standing who have been away for more than 3 consecutive semesters (excluding summers) need to complete and submit an application for readmission to the Office of the Registrar. Undergraduate students on academic probation are not readmitted automatically. The Office of Academic Advising and Assessment decides on readmission in such cases and may require additional documentation. Application for Academic Reinstatement Undergraduate students who have been suspended may petition for reinstatement to Roosevelt University.
