For students applying from overseas, the application deadlines are June 1 for the Fall semester (beginning Aug/Sept) and October 1 for the Spring semester (beginning January), to allow sufficient time for visa and application processing. If applying from within the U.S. or Canada, applications may be submitted by August 1 (Fall) or December 1 (Spring).

If you intend to request a non-immigrant visa; are already in the United States in non-immigrant status; or have filed an application for Permanent Residency, please complete the online application or complete the appropriate International Application Form:

• If you are already in the United States on an F-1 or J-1 visa, you will also need to complete the Transfer Verification Form. (PDF, 28K)

Exchange students who wish to study at Roosevelt should complete the Exchange Student Application.  Applicants to the Chicago College of Performing Arts must complete the CCPA Exchange Supplement form.
