Advising for undecided, reinstated and academic probation students

If you are undergraduate student who is undecided about a major or on academic probation, or if you have been academically reinstated to the university, you will continue to be advised in the Office of Undergraduate Academic Advising.  You may talk to a faculty member or advisor in one of the colleges at any time even if your advising file is still housed in the Office of Undergraduate Academic Advising.

Advising: in your major

Once you have received an e-mail from the Office of Undergraduate Academic Advising stating that your file has been sent to your department, you will be advised by a faculty advisor in your major. If you have not received this e-mail, then you will still see Undergraduate Academic Advising for your academic advising.

Check the university's Advisor Finder listings (link at left) for the name of your program's advisors.
