Student Services
Student success is important both inside and outside of the classroom and the Office of Student Services helps support student success. Many resources are available for currently enrolled students:
- Academic Advising and Assessment - undergraduate course selection and RUA
- Academic Success Center - tutoring, disability services and peer mentoring
- Campus Safety - security, policies, reporting incidents and crime statistics
- Career Development - major/career exploration, on-campus student employment, internships, resumes and job search
- Center for Campus Life - organizations, leadership development and activities at the Schaumburg Campus
- Center for Student Involvement - organizations, leadership development and activities at the Chicago Campus
- Counseling Center - counseling and support of students' well being
- Disability Services - resources and accommodations
- Financial Aid - FAFSA, Federal Work Study and aid packaging
- International Programs - international student support and study abroad
- Registrar - registration, records, RU Access, CTA U-Passes and student IDs
- Residence Life - housing at the Chicago Campus
- Student Accounts - billing and payments for tuition, room, meals and fees
- Student Support Services/Project Prime - academic and student support (based on program eligiblity)
Office of Student Services
If students need assistance in resolving an issue, want a referral to a university office, or just have a question, the Student Services provides assistance for student success. Our staff coordinate several programs and services listed on the left side of this page.
