The residence hall consists of these types of suites:
When you apply for housing, you will see various room types and rates. You will select your building and room preferences on your application/contract. We will do our best to accommodate room types, buildings and roommate preferences but we cannot guarantee that you will receive your requests. Room charges will be placed on your RU account along with your tuition and fees.

The Wabash Building may designate specific rooms in the building to be temporary rooms. Students are randomly assigned to these rooms with a priority to match their housing application/contract lifestyle and roommate preferences. We will only house the third person in the temp room for up to six weeks at the beginning of the semester. Once the third roommate has been reassigned to a permanent space, all of the extra furniture will be removed from the temporary room. Compensation will be provided to students directly impacted. The housing assignment letter that is sent to students will indicate if a room is a temp and what resident in that room has been temporarily assigned and will be moved to a different location during the first six weeks of the semester.
Roosevelt University has received a framed certificate on operating an environmentally responsible laundry facilities at our new Wabash Building Vertical Campus offsetting the carbon emitted by the MacGray equipment for the next 7 years by 412,581 lbs. by purchasing a Renewable Energy Credit from "CarbonFund". We will hang this acknowledgement on the 14th floor of the Wabash Building to educate our community of the importance of reducing carbon as part of our efforts in Environmental Stewardship.
