Housing Application/Contract

Welcome to RU's Residence Life program! If you have reached this Residence Life Application & Contract page, you are ready to apply for housing; however, before you do please keep the following in mind:

1. The housing application and contract is a contract that you are signing, so you will want to thoroughly read through the Contractual Terms and Conditions

2. When you apply for housing, you will be able to select your building and room preferences as well as search for roommates.

3. On your Application & Contract, requests for roommates, room types, buildings, and lifestyle preferences are not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate these requests.

4. You will need to submit a $500 housing pre-payment within 48 hours of submitting your Application & Contract. Your Application and Contract will be cancelled if the $500 housing pre-payment is not received in full.

5. PRINT OUT your Application & Contract for your records.

You are ready to apply for housing. Please log into RU Access where you will find the Housing Application & Contract available. You will be able to make the $500 pre-payment online.
