Move-In Information for Fall 2015

Welcome home to the Roosevelt University Residence Life community! We are excited that you will be living on campus this year.  Recently, you received an email with your Room & Roommate Assignment.  This email was sent to your Roosevelt University student email address.  For general information about move-in for all students living on campus, please read below.

Move-In Schedule:

 

First Year Students

Wabash Building:

Students should plan to arrive during the designated floor move in time. You do not need to be completely moved in during this time, this is an arrival time.

Saturday, August 15   

    • 10am-Noon     Floors 31 -29
    • Noon-2pm      Floors 28 -26
    • 2pm-4pm        Floors 25-23

Sunday, August 16     

  • 10am-Noon     Floors 22 -20
  • Noon-2pm      Floors 19 -18
  • 2pm-4pm        Floors 21-18

University Center:

Saturday, August 15   

Sunday, August 16     

Transfer Students   

Friday, August 21        9am-5pm        Wabash Building and University Center, All Floors

Continuing Students

Wabash Building:

Saturday, August 22 from 12pm-6pm

University Center:

Saturday, August 22 from 10am-4pm

 

*Athletes:  Please consult with your specific sport coach regarding your move in day and time.

Building Meetings: For New Residents of Wabash

 

Wabash Building Meetings will occur on Saturday, August 15 and Sunday, August 16 from 6pm-7pm.  All new residents are required to attend.  Residents will meet the staff, learn about residence hall services and policies and discuss how to successfully become part of the residence hall community.
