Housing Applications Currently Open

Please read the following information before beginning your housing application.
The housing application is a combined application and contract that you are signing. Read through the Contractual Terms and Conditions completely prior to submission, because this is a contract.
All students must complete an academic year contract.
Students who are looking for Fall only housing are eligible to apply if they meet the following criteria to cancel their contract: December graduation candidate, spring study abroad, or successful participation in the 2 1/2 year pre-pharmacy program.
When you apply for housing, you will be able to select your LLC, room type and roommate preferences. Preferences are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate them.
- If you are a new student at Roosevelt University, you need to pay a $500 housing deposit within 15 business days of submitting your Housing Application & Contract Your Application/Contract will be cancelled, if the $500 housing deposit is not received in full. If you are a continuing student, you do not need to pay an additional $500 housing deposit.
You are now ready to apply for housing. To complete the Housing Application/Contract log into RU Access. You will find the Housing Application/Contract and be able to pay your housing deposit. Students will be sent an email that contains confirmation that their Housing Application/Contract has been receive. This email will also contain the Terms and Agreements of your contract. Please retain this email for your records.
In RU Access your will be asked for your user ID and PIN. Your User ID is your nine-digit Roosevelt ID number and your initial password includes the letters RU, your birth date in a six digit format (month-month-day-day-year-year) and an exclamation point (!). Example: if your birth date is April 1, 1990, then RU040190! is your password. You will choose a new password after you log in for the first time.
